Lift Every Step is a Non-Profit Organization that was founded on a simple belief: that something as basic as a good pair of shoes can transform a person's day, their confidence, and their opportunities. We collect gently used and new shoes to distribute to shelters, schools, and community centers throughout the DMV area. 

For many in our community, proper footwear is a barrier to employment, education, and basic comfort. We're here to remove that barrier, one step at a time.
